We sell both new and used gym equipment, used gym equipment is a great option as it’s often 60-90% cheaper.

This equipment works great for years, certain cardio machines you have to know what you are doing and we do), and strength machines are often great choices used, or as we like to call them…pre-loved.

How much does a staff gym cost in Dubai?
As a guide, a refurbished commercial staff gym of 8 to 10 pieces starts from AED 45,000 plus VAT, delivered and installed. A gym built with new equipment, flooring and mirrors starts from AED 80,000 plus VAT. Larger facilities with 10 or more machines and a full free-weight area start from AED 160,000 plus VAT. The final figure depends on room size, equipment mix and site access.
Can we rent a staff gym instead of buying one?
Yes. Rental is one fixed monthly fee on a 12-month minimum term, from AED 2,500 a month plus VAT for the Essentials package and from AED 4,500 a month plus VAT for Premium. Delivery, installation and routine servicing are included, and the equipment remains ours.
Is refurbished gym equipment reliable enough for a staff gym?
Yes, when it is commercial grade. We supply brands such as Life Fitness, Matrix and Technogym, which are built for heavy daily use. Every piece is checked and serviced before delivery and comes with a warranty and aftercare.
How much space does a staff gym need?
A room of 45 to 50 square metres takes eight to ten pieces: two or three cardio machines, a multi-gym, a leg press or Smith machine, benches and free weights. From 100 square metres you can add a full free-weight area and separate training zones.
Do you handle design, delivery and installation?
Yes. We plan the layout, supply the equipment and flooring, deliver, install and look after the gym afterwards. The design consultation, site visit and quotation are free.
Where in the UAE do you install staff gyms?
